8. Take the clutch sleeve and spring off of the
clutch hub.
CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the clutch
spring.
9. Clean the clutch hub, pulley, and spring.
10. Grease the clutch spring with Mobil Temp 78.
11. Reassemble.
CAUTION: * When reassembling, make sure that
the projections on the clutch are
engaged with the clutch hub and the
clutch sleeve.
* Also, make sure that the chamfered
end of the clutch sleeve is to the
inside.
* When installing the paper feed
clutch assembly on the clutch shaft,
pull up the ratchet pawl to set the
clutch correctly.
