5. Stand the unit up on the toner return pipe as
shown; press the brush down against the
cushion, and take it out.
6. Clean the unit.
7. Check all seals, including the inner mylar seal.
Replace any that are damaged.
8. Install a new cleaning brush.
NOTE: The notched end must fit over the pin on
the gear shaft.
9. Install the new blade.
NOTE: Make sure the bushing fits in the hole of the
blade holder.
10. Dust the edge of the new blade and the clean-
ing brush with setting powder.
