Remove the gears, bearings, and bushings
from both ends (1 C-ring each).

Slide the hot roller slightly to the rear and take
it out through the exit assembly opening.
9.
Tear the protective paper from the ends of a
new hot roller and install it carefully.
10.
After the hot roller is set, tear off the protec-
tive paper.
11.
Reassemble the fusing unit.
NOTE: Apply extra silicone oil to the oil blade to
avoid excess friction between it and the
new hot roller.
Confirm that the fusing lamp does not con-
tact the inside of the hot roller by turning
the hot roller.
