3A. Installation
1. Check the machine level (within 5 mm (0.2")).

Open the front cover and push the slide unit to
the left.
3 . Open the exit assembly and fill the oil bottle
with silicone oil.
4.
Remove the fusing unit cover (2 screws) and
the pressure plate (2 non-tapping screws).
5. Prime the oil supply system.
6. Pump up silicone oil by pushing the oil pump
lever manually and confirm that silicone oil
drops into the oil sump.
7. Reassemble the fusing unit.
