RA1 and/or Safety SW Failure
(If failure occurs after warm-up.)
CHECK POINT
Scanner moves abnormally
When the lens is at the home
position, 0V is still applied to
CN202-9.
Pulse Generator rotates
Outlet Cooling Fan rotates
Outlet Cooling Fan does not rotate
Exhaust Fan does not rotate
