PHENOMENON
1.
Check the color of the developer.
toner is being supplied.
2. Clean the ID sensor.
3. Check toner supply clutch operation.
4. Check toner end detector operation.
5. Check the setting of DIP 101 switches 3, 4, and 5. (See page 7-11.)
6. Check development bias.
7. Make sure that the transfer corona wire is clean and unbroken
T/S corona unit is correctly set.
8 . Check and adjust exposure lamp position.

9. Replace the T/S corona unit end-blocks if they are cracked.

Adjust corona currents.
