6B-9. Toner Supply Clutch Disassembly
[FT3050/FT3060]
1. Remove the rear cover (2 screws).
2. Remove the optics PCB (1 screw, 4 connec-
tors).
3. Remove the C/B power pack holder (1 screw)
and the bias lead wire clamp (1 screw).
4. Loosen the screw securing the tension pulley
of development unit drive belt.
5. Remove the pulse generator sensor bracket (1
screw).
Remove the development drive support

bracket (3 screws).
7. Remove the bushing from the toner supply
clutch shaft.
8. Take off the toner supply drive pulley by turn-
ing it clockwise.
