C228 MAIN BOARD

The main board controls the optional SIMMs and the bus. It contains
memory control circuits (Flash/DRAM/SRAM/PDRAM) and the printer
CPU.
Also, this board sends and receives information through the printer
interfaces (Parallel/Serial/Type-B). Figure 2-29 shows a circuit block
diagram of the main board. Only 32MB SIMMs can be used with this
printer.
