26. Insert the curler transmission shaft through the curler transmission
bushing and through all 5 curlers. One end of the shaft has a longer tip
than the other; insert the long-tipped end into the bushing. (See Figure
4-161.)

27. Remove the positioning pins from all 5 curlers.
28. Secure the curler transmission shaft with an e-ring (2, F/Uc). (See
Figure 4-162.)

29. Pull the curler transmission shaft as far as it will go in the direction of
the blue arrow in Figure 4-162.
30. Install the right paper feed roller lever on shaft "D" on the right side of
the ASF frame. (See Figure 4-163.)
