Error General meaning
category
Internal Internal errors concern the
errors general function of a hardware
module or the FIPIO slave.
External External errors are device-
errors specific errors which are
registered by the FIPIO field bus
slave.
Logical Logical errrors refer to
errors parametrizing errors.
The error messages of internal and logical errors are identical with all
devices/field bus slaves. The valve terminals create device-specific messages
only with external errors.
