Action
Run the robot to a suitable position for re-
moval of the process turning disc.
DANGER
Turn off all:
•
electric power supply
•
hydraulic pressure supply
•
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.
Remove any equipment fitted to the pro-
cess turning disc.
Action
CAUTION
The process turning disc weight is 50 kg.
All lifting equipment must be sized accord-
ingly.
Attach the roundsling to the process turn-
ing disc and to an overhead crane or simil-
ar.
Stretch the roundsling to take the weight
of the process turning disc.
Remove the 22 screws and washers that
secure the process turning disc.
