Check of protective sleeve
The protective hose is protected against wear in exposed areas with a protective
sleeve.

Action
CAUTION
Check potential collision risks between the
cable package and the wrist, as well as
between the cable package and any
equipment fitted on the wrist, before restart-
ing the normal production.
Turn on the power and run the present
programming at a very slow speed, while
checking all movements for collision risk
between cable package and wrist.
DANGER
Make sure all safety requirements are met
when performing the first test run. These
are further described in
test run may cause injury or damage! on
page 48.
Action
In order to be sure that the protective
sleeve is in the correct position, check the
position after some hours running.
If the protective hose is worn somewhere,
adjust the position of the protective sleeve.
