The ignition coil should be kept clean, particularly between the terminals, and t h e

terminal connections kept tight.

(i)
Remove t h e metal cover and lightly smear t h e face o f the cam w i t h one of
the greases recommended for t h e grease gun use i n the "Recommended
Lubricants" chart i n the Instruction Book.
If this i s not available, clean

(ii) Lubricate the automatic timing control mechanism, using thin machine oil.
