the day. Refer to "Shutting down" on page 109.

2. Unscrew the liquid bottle cap and fill with a suitable buffer solution.
3. Replace the liquid bottle cap and reinstall the liquid or waste bottle.

4. Always reprime the system before running a protocol. Refer to
"Priming the system" on page 47.
You can select a protocol using the quick keys or from the protocol list
and start it.
