Note It is recommended to shut down the Wellwash Versa at the end of
the day. Refer to "Shutting down" on page 109.
1. Disconnect the liquid bottles and fill or empty them if needed.

2. Unscrew the liquid bottle cap and fill with a suitable buffer solution.
3. Replace the liquid bottle cap and reinstall the liquid or waste bottle.
Refer to "Liquid bottles and channels" on page 22.
4. Always reprime the system before running a protocol. Refer to
"Priming the system" on page 47.

and start it.
