Typical Link Recovery Times

For the following examples, the RDL-3000 is always powered-on and there are 10
discrete channels in the frequency ranges list.
Scenario #1: A link experiences fading or partial RF blockage.
Rescan Interval Timer (configurable) + Channel Scan Time + Max Time to Link-Up
45 s + 20 s + 90 s = 155 s max.
Note: The Stickiness Timer is not activated under these conditions.
Scenario #2. A link is lost suddenly, as may result from complete RF blockage.
Stickiness Timer + Channel Scan Time + Max Time to Link-Up
300 s + 20 s + 90 s = 410 s max.
Note: The Rescan Interval Timer is not activated under these conditions.
