This function can be used to read the status of the module's System Resources.
5.7.1 Get System Resource Flag
The System Resource Flag indicates if the System Resources, VMEbus BERR, VMEbus Arbiter, and
VMEbus system clock are provided by the module. The System Resources switch, SWl, is used to enable
or disable the System Resources.
