6-2-34. Replacement of mist exhaust fan motor
In the case that the power is turned on, press the power switch to turn off the power.
Unplug the power cord from the main unit and start the work after five or more minutes have passed.
Disassembly
(1)
With reference to the "6-2-6. Replacement of power circuit board plate assy", detach the cover PB.
(2)
With reference to steps (2) to (3) described within "6-2-10. Replacement of panel main unit assy", remove mist fan
filter located on both sides of the cover UB along with the cover.
(3)
Disconnect the fan relay connector to be replaced.
In case of the right fan
(4)
Remove the two screws fixing the fan bracket to be replaced and replace the fan with the bracket attached.
Right fan
(5)
Remove the four screws fixing the fan motor to detach it.
Assembly
(1)
To perform the assembly, take the reverse procedures to disassembly operation.
(2)
When performing the assembly, you should pay enough attention to the fan-air flowing direction and harness
drawing direction.
