Install the solenoid valve on the valve bracket. When assembling the sub pouch assy, hold it down so that its tip

may come into contact with the valve bracket.

Hold down the sub pouch assy so that the resin portion may

come into contact with the valve bracket.

Assemble the sub pouch ink detection plate. (Tightening torque 0.5 N·m)

Confirm adequacy of sub pouch assembly. In case pouch is too full or too empty, repeat step (4) of the assembly

procedure to correct situation.

Pouch should be capable of expanding upon introduction of the ink.

The pouch within the photo is marked with lattice to facilitate the recognition of the expanding pouch.
