Put the maintenance solution pouch in its correct position.
<CAUTION>
Avoid touching the portion (a) of cartridge. Otherwise, you may cut your hand.

Close the lid, and put the maintenance solution cartridge in position inside the printer.
On the operation panel, press

Color tube cleaning is initiated.

3-1-5-6. Exchange filter

Item is used when exchanging the filter within ink channels.
For details on exchanging the filter for the color side, refer to "6-1-27. Replacement of filters for print head on color side".
For details on exchanging the filter for the white side, refer to "6-1-28. Replacement of filters of print head on white side".

3-1-5-7. Setting special work mode

Item is used when exchanging components including ink tubes.
Execution of regular functions (agitation of white ink, etc.) is terminated in Special Work Mode.
<IMPORTANT>
Always cancel the Special Work Mode upon completing the required task.
Otherwise the termination of regular functions may result in damaging the print head.
<TIPS>
Standby display indicates errors while the printer is set to Special Work Mode.
Although all menu items are still enabled, the printer is unable to printout.
