Description
It is an error in the updated
data occurred in the
maintenance unit (color)
when updating the firmware.

Remedy
(1) After reactivating the GTX, wait and see the
situation if it operates without any error.
(2) There is a possibility that this error occurred
collaterally after any other error had occurred.
Acquire the log file and use the GTX4 Service Tool
(View the DataLog -> Check Operation) to check
to see if another error occurs before or after this
error log.
(1) The update-use firmware file may be corrupted.
After overwriting the acquired source firmware file
to the firmware file within the PC drive or within the
USB flash drive, redo the updating operation.
(1) After reactivating the GTX, wait and see the
situation if it operates without any error.
(2) There is a possibility that this error occurred
collaterally after any other error had occurred.
Acquire the log file and use the GTX4 Service Tool
(View the DataLog -> Check Operation) to check
to see if another error occurs before or after this
error log.
(1) Check to see if there is such device in the
peripheral of the GTX, that may generate a big
noise.
(2) After reactivation, redo the firmware updating.
(1) Reactivate the GTX to redo the firmware
updating.
(2) If the problem is not solved by the operation
stated in (1), try the means for solution of 5351
through 5353.
(1) After reactivating the GTX, wait and see the
situation if it operates without any error.
(2) There is a possibility that this error occurred
collaterally after any other error had occurred.
Acquire the log file and use the GTX4 Service Tool
(View the DataLog -> Check Operation) to check
to see if another error occurs before or after this
error log.
