6-1-1. Necessary tools

Please prepare the following tools in order to exchange parts:
Phillips screwdriver: #2
Long Phillips screwdriver [shaft length 7.9 in. (20 cm) or longer]: #2
Stubby Phillips screwdriver [overall length 2.8 in. (7 cm) or less]: #2
Flat-blade (minus) screwdriver: 6x100
Hex wrench: 0.08 in. (2 mm); 0.1 in. (2.5 mm); 0.12 in. (3 mm); 0.16 in. (4 mm); 0.2 in. (5 mm)
Open-ended wrench: 0.22 in. (5.5 mm); 0.28 in. (7 mm); 0.39 in. (10 mm); 0.51 in. (13 mm); 0.67 in. (17 mm)
Longnose pliers
Tweezers
Please prepare the following tool in order to handle printheads and printed circuit boards (PCBs):
Anti-static wristbands
<TIPS>
Be sure to prepare the necessary measurement equipments and toolings upon reference to relevant chapters.
<Screw tightening torque>
The tightening torque for tension screws, stepped screws, countersunk screws, hexagon bolts, hole bolts and locking
screws not provided with specific instructions should be as indicated below.
However, the tightening torque should not exceed 0.5 N·m for screws applied to resin components to prevent damaging
component.
