6-2-16. Replacement of LCD panel

Disassembly
(1) With reference to "6-2-11. Preparation for replacement of electric components inside panel unit", remove the panel
unit from the main unit.
(2) With reference to "6-2-11. Preparation for replacement of electric components inside panel unit", remove the panel
unit from the main unit to detach the main circuit board plate.
(3) With reference to "6-2-15. Replacement of panel control circuit board", detach the panel control circuit board.
(4) Peel off the LCD panel sheet from the panel top cover to detach the LCD panel.
Assembly
(1) Affix a form LCD on a new LCD panel.
(2) Attach the new LCD panel in the LCD attaching portion of the panel top cover.

(3) Peel off the protective sheet of the liquid crystal surface.
(4) Affix the LCD panel sheet. When in assembly, replace the LCD panel sheet with a new one.
(5) To perform the assembly to the main unit, take the reverse procedures to disassembly operation.
