Description
Any error has occurred in the
communication data.
A large amount of print data
have been sent from the PC
during the print operation.
Some print data with white ink
used has been sent during
the white ink pause mode.
The Print button is being set
to be disabled.

Remedy
(1) Reactivate the PC/GTX.
(2) Re-create the print data and redo the
operations on various tools.
(3) If the error could be cleared by process (1) and
(2) and any error occurred during the use of
software of any manufacturer other than Brother
(other than GTX4 printer driver, Maintenance Tool,
Firmware Update Tool, Graphix Lab, Service Tool),
please contact the manufacturer of the used
software.
(1) Check to see if the print data remains to be
stuck in the printer spooler.
(2) If using the application software of any
manufacturer other than Brother to send the print
data, please contact the manufacturer of the used
software.
(1) If the mode is set to the white ink pause mode,
only the print data created by selecting to specify
"Color Ink Only" can be used when creating the
print data in the PC.
(2) If the print is canceled on the way during the
period when the white ink pause mode is being
changed to [Disable], redo the operation from
scratch to complete it.
It is set to disable the relevant GTX print button
automatically or respectively from the PC (or
server) controlling the GTX. It is required to ask the
on-site operational manager to release such
function from the PC (or server).
(1) Reactivate the PC/GTX.
(2) Recreate the print data.
(3) If the error could be cleared by process (1) and
(2) and the print data is created by use of software
of any manufacturer other than Brother (other than
GTX4 printer driver and Graphix Lab), please
contact the manufacturer of the used software.
