Remedy
Items to be checked:
(1) Reinsert the USB flash drive. When a couple of
seconds has passed after inserting the USB flash
drive, start operation. Reactivate the GTX to redo
the operation.
(2) Insert a USB flash drive to the PC to check to
see if any message about "File problem" or "Error"
appears on your Windows or Mac screen.
(3) In the PC, check to see if the target file can be
loaded by the FileViewer or similar software.
(4) In the PC, recopy or recreate the target file.
After that, redo the operation in the GTX.
(5) Use any other USB flash drive to do the same
operation.
(6) Even when using multiple USB flash drives,
suspect the main unit hardware if all of them have
the same error.
*1. Such USB flash drives are consumable. The
deteriorated USB flash drives gradually become
slow in response speed, thus causing them difficult
to be recognized depending on the devices.
*2. Some of cheap USB flash drives may have a
difficulty in compatibility with non-PC host devices.
Please use highly reliable products of leading
manufacturers.
Electric components as candidate for replacement:
Main circuit board
Update the firmware to the newest one. If the
updating operation is interrupted in the process (for
any reason like blackout), redo the operation from
scratch to complete it properly.
