Description
The carriage has failed in
home position return
initialization.
The carriage may have
collided with the frame.
The carriage's reverse driving
has been detected.
It indicates an excessive
increase in the speed of
carriage.
The carriage has stopped
abnormally within the print
range.

Remedy
Turn off the power and move the carriage by hand
to check to see if the locker is hooked.
Reactivate the power supply and check to see if
any error occurs again.
Clean the carriage encoder and carriage roller.
Check to see if any ink, cleaning solution, etc.
adhere to the maintenance circuit board.
Check to see if the carriage locker rotates the
maintenance cam to move up and down.
Check to see if the carriage sliding becomes
heavy.
Check to see if the flushing foam/case or the cap
foam and cap surroundings are dismounted and
contact the head.
Clean the ink mist adhered inside the printer
(carriage roller, roller guide, and carriage guide
shaft).
Clean the carriage belt and pulley.
Clean the encoder strip.
Adjust the CR speed on the menu again.
Check the connectors of the head and carriage
circuit board.
Replace the carriage motor.
Replace the encoder strip.
Replace the encoder circuit board.
Replace the carriage circuit board.
Replace the main circuit board.
Check to see if the head collides with the print
medium.
Clean the ink mist adhered inside the printer
(carriage roller, roller guide, and carriage guide
shaft).
Clean the carriage belt and pulley.
Clean the encoder strip.
Adjust the CR speed on the menu again.
Check the connectors of the head and carriage
circuit board.
Replace the carriage motor.
Replace the encoder strip.
Replace the encoder circuit board.
Replace the carriage circuit board.
Replace the main circuit board.
