Description
The time for replacement of
(color) wiper cleaner has

after cleaning it, the head and
tube are not filled with white
ink.

its cartridge from precipitating,
it needs to be stirred.

Remedy
Use the "Maintenance Part Clean/Replace" menu
to replace the wiper cleaner on the color side.
Replace the maintenance pump.
After cleaning the head, perform the ink installation
menu to complete the operation.
After shaking the white ink cartridge to stir the ink,
follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with
the operation.
Items to be checked:
(1) Check to see if the fan is locked due to foreign
matter contamination such as mist.
(2) Restart the GTX and check the fan rotation and
the presence of the related errors.
Electric components as candidate for replacement:
Fan, Fan harness, and Main circuit board
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the
[Load ink after replacing filter].
Use the "Maintenance Part Clean/Replace" menu
to replace the fan filter.
Use the "Maintenance Part Clean/Replace" menu
to replace the flushing foam on the white side.
Use the "Maintenance Part Clean/Replace" menu
to replace the flushing foam on the color side.
