Exercise 3. Integrate the chromatogram
In this exercise, you learn to set integration events and integrate the
chromatogram. Even if you do not care about quantitation, integration helps
locate peaks for other purposes. For example, after integration, mass spectra
of each peak can be printed with a report.
Steps
1 Display the total ion chromatogram in
its entirety.
2 Display the Integration Toolset.

b Click the icon to zoom out.
