Drying gas flow: 9 L/min
Nebulizer pressure: 40 psig
Drying gas temperature: 300
Capillary voltage: 3000 V
For 6150 with Agilent Jet Stream
technology:
Drying gas flow: 7 L/min
Nebulizer pressure: 30 psi
Drying gas temperature: 350°C
Sheath gas temperature: 360 C°
Sheath gas flow: 12 L/min
Capillary voltage: 4000 V
Nozzle voltage: 2000 V
