Steps
1 Place the vial of sulfa sample you
prepared at 10 ng/µL into position 1
in the autosampler.
2 Inject the sulfa mix sample.
3 Monitor the total ion chromatogram
and the UV chromatogram during
data acquisition.
4 When the analysis is done, view the
results.

stable baseline.

b Load the data file you just created.
