Subdirectory: Sulfas
•
Prefix: Sulfa_seq

Comments
• The sequence parameters are
settings that are common to all the
samples in the sequence.
• To avoid overwrite of data files, type
a new subdirectory for each
sequence. The directory will be
created if it doesn't already exist on
your computer.
• Unique file names are automatically
created for each data file within the
subdirectory.
