Task 3. Integrate the low-level standard

In this exercise, you establish integration parameters for your calibrated
method. You use the low-level standard because it is usually the most difficult
to integrate.
Steps
1 Display the Integration Toolset.
2 Integrate the chromatogram.
3 Adjust the integration parameters to
get one integrated peak.

Detailed Instructions
• Click the
Integration icon,
which is near the middle of the
window.
a Click the Auto Integrate
icon, which is near the
middle of the window.
b Check that you have five integrated
peaks with these initial settings.
a Click the icon to Edit/Set
Integration Events Table.
b In the integration events for
all signals, for Baseline Correction,
select Advanced.
c Click the Auto Integrate
icon.
d When you are prompted to
save the events table, click Yes.
e Verify that your results are the
same or very similar to those
shown below.
