3.10 Programming Examples

3.10.1 Program a local input device to control relays

Program a 2 button lightsync pushbutton switch located in node
01. The address of the device is 01.04. The inputs on the switch from
top to bottom are 01.04.1 and 01.04.2. Input 01.04.1 controls relay 5
and input 01.04.2 controls relays 7, 9. Control is On/OFF.
1) Configure LightSync device. Refer to section 3.5.1 for more information
1. From the home screen of node 01 press
2. Press InPUTs
3. Press until ls DeVICe 04 appears on the screen.
4. Press COnFIgURe DeVICe
5. Press until 2 BUTTOn appears in the TYPe eld
6. Press the BACK button on the keypad.
7. Press COnFIgURe InPUTs
8. Press TYPes twice. To begin con guring input 01.04.1.
9. Press until P.B. On/OFF appears in the TYPe A eld on the
screen
10. Press the BACK button twice.
11. Press to begin con guring input 01.04.2. Then repeat steps
8, 9, 10.
12. Press " hOMe" to exit to the home screen
