3.6 Relay Configuration and Programming

This section will explain how to con gure your relays, set power-up
options, set conditionals, relay groups, and mapping inputs to con-
trol relays.

3.6.1 Configure Number of Relay Poles and Relay Lock

The default setting is single pole relay with the lOCK disabled. If
multi-pole relays are installed you must set the rst relay location to
either double or triple pole. The lock function, if enabled, allows the
user to disable any control from timers, switches, or other type of
control by means of the switch on the relay.
Note: Double and triple pole relays must be assembled at the factory
with physical connections between each pole. Using single pole relays to
control multiple poles may be hazardous and is not acceptable by the
NEC and may void the warranty.
