From the File menu, choose Open.

If necessary, choose the drive or directory where the file you
want is stored.

In the File Name box, choose "vco_dss.pnm." See

Click the Open button.
The appropriate measurement definition parameters for this
example have been pre-stored in this file.

From the Define menu, navigate to the Measurement window.

as a guide:

Choose the Type and Range tab from the Define
Measurement window.

From the Measurement Type pull-down in Type and Range
tab, select Absolute Phase Noise (using an FM discriminator).
