Enabling PIM-SM

With PIM-SM enabled, a router sends hello messages periodically to discover PIM neighbors and
processes messages from the PIM neighbors. To deploy a PIM-SM domain, enable PIM-SM on all
non-border interfaces of the routers.

1. Enter system view.
2. Enable IP multicast routing.
3. Enter interface view.
4. Enable PIM-SM.

7. Bind the interface with a VPN
instance.
8. Enable PIM-SM.
All the interfaces in the same VPN instance on the same router must work in the same PIM mode.
