Defines an index number for the new table row.
Notes:
Each row must be configured with a unique index.
The parameter is mandatory.
Assigns a local, network interface to the HTTP Proxy Host.
By default, no value is defined (None).
For configuring network interfaces, see Configuring IP Network
Interfaces on page 135.
Note: The parameter is mandatory.
Defines the address of the managed equipment (host).
The valid value is an IP address in dotted-decimal notation or an
FQDN (up to 100 characters). If the address is an FQDN, the device
uses DNS to resolve it into an IP address. If the DNS resolution results
in multiple IP addresses, the device uses the first available address
(i.e., that responds to the keep-alive).
Defines the protocol type.
[0] HTTP (default)
[1] HTTPS
Defines the port of the managed equipment.
The default is 0.
