WIRING INSPECTION
Inspect wiring for damage. Inspect all connections
at:
• starter solenoid
• park/neutral position switch (automatic transmis­
sion)
• clutch pedal position switch (manual transmission)
• ignition switch
• starter relay
• battery (including all ground connections).
Clean, tighten and repair all connections as re­
quired.
SOLENOli, RELAY AND SWITCH I1SPECTI0NS
Inspect the solenoid, relay and ignition switch to
determine their condition. Also, if equipped with au­
tomatic transmission, inspect condition of the park/
neutral position switch. If equipped with manual
transmission, inspect condition of the clutch pedal
position switch. Testing information can be found in
the following pages.
