tion. If anything differs between t h e specifica­
tions found on t h e Vehicle Emission Control
Information (VECI) label a n d t h e following
specifications? use specifications on VECI label.
The VECI label is located in the engine compart­
ment.
DRIVE BELT TENSION
All engines are equipped with a spring loaded au­
tomatic belt tensioner. Do not attempt to check belt
tension with a belt tension gauge on vehicles
equipped with an automatic belt tensioner. Refer to
Automatic Belt Tensioner in this group.
