Imagesetter Configuration
This menu item displays a window containing the currently set options and
changes any option setting and saves the configuration to the imagesetter. This set-
ting stores as a machine parameter in DEC EEPROM.
The currently settable options are:
Machine Type............Set Machine ID to all the different Avantra engines
