Remove the FID ignitor.

Disconnect the ignitor cable assembly.

Loosen the ignitor with a wrench.

Turn the nut counterclockwise by hand. Remove the

ignitor and copper washer.
If replacing only the FID ignitor assembly with copper

washer, skip to step 16
Remove the three screws that hold the collector mount to the

FID thermal strap.
