server is operating on one power supply, redundancy no longer exists, and the risk for an
unexpected shut down and a loss of data is high. When a power supply or any component that is
part of a redundant configuration fails, replace it immediately.

Power Supply Indicators

Each power supply contains an indicator panel. The following indicators are lit when a power
supply fault is detected:
Front and back Service Action Required indicators

Rear PS Fault indicator on the front bezel of the server

Service Action Required indicator on the faulty power supply
