Installing an OPX Station Through a Central Office

Perform Steps 1 through 5 which begin on page 5- 13
Connect the "I?" and "I%!" leads to the central office
Note: If the central office requests a ground on the tip side of the OPX
strap Pins 1 to 2 on CN3
Connect the OPX station to the cential office
If the ringing level at the OPX station is not sufficient, connect a ringing
supply to the "E-RG+" and "E-RG-" terminals on the OPX Adaptor
Note: Signals to the external ringer should not exceed 300 Vp-p
Install the cover on the OPX Adaptor
Power the system down then back up
