Description
Once a DISA caller has entered the system, he/she can make an outside call
after entering a valid ID code
This program sets the second of two valid DISA Outbound Call ID Codes
The system will accept either code to give the DISA caller an outside line
(The purpose of having two Outbound Call ID Codes is to be able to track
two groups of DISA callers on SMDR reports )

To assign the DISA Outbound Call ID Code 2
To reset the ID code to the default value
