To transfer a call, a Single Line Telephone (SLT) user hooktXashes to place
the call on hold, dials an extension number, and then hangs up
This program address determines how the
second hookflash once the extension number is dialed If this program is set
to "0," a second
hookflash retrieves the held call
The following table summarizes how these settings effect hookflash
operation
