Use a different lint-free cloth moistened with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to remove any remaining TIM
from the heatsink.

Remove the heatsink from the socket and place the heatsink on a secure surface with the
bottom facing upward.
2. Use a dry, lint-free cloth to wipe any loose TIM pieces off of the heatsink.
