• registers the new AOR with the active registrar.
• moves subscriptions to the backup proxy.
• attempts to reestablish the flow to the primary proxy in
the background.
• When the flow to the primary proxy is reestablished, the

• registers the primary AOR to the active registrar.
• moves subscriptions to the primary proxy.
• unregisters/unsubscribes from the backup
proxy/registrar.
