qos cos
The qos cos Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel) mode command defines the default
CoS value of a port. To return to the default configuration, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
qos cos default-cos
Parameters

default-cos — Specifies the default CoS value of the port. (Range: 0-7)
Default Setting
Default CoS value of a port is 0.
Command Mode
Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel) mode
Command Usage
If the port is trusted, the default CoS value of the port is used to assign a CoS value to all
untagged packets entering the port.
Example
The following command configures port 1/e15 default CoS value to 3.
Console(config)# interface ethernet 1/e15
