spanning-tree port-priority

The spanning-tree port-priority Interface Configuration mode command configures port
priority. To return to the default configuration, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
spanning-tree port-priority priority
no spanning-tree port-priority
Parameters
priority — The priority of the port. (Range: 0-240 in multiples of 16)
Default Setting
The default port priority for IEEE Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) is 128.
Command Modes
Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel) mode
Command Usage
There are no user guidelines for this command.
Example
The following command configures the spanning priority on Ethernet port 1/e15 to 96.
Console(config)# interface ethernet 1/e15
Console(config-if)# spanning-tree port-priority 96
