Note: Read the Danger and Caution notices under "Safety Notices" on page xi before
Perform the following:
1. Disconnect the mainline ac power cable from the customer's ac power outlet.
2. Use a multimeter to measure the ac voltage at the customer's ac power outlet.
Is the ac voltage from 200 V ac to 240 V ac?
NO
YES
Map 1524: The SPCN Error Codes Table Directed You Here and the Error Code is
1011 1C0x
A CEC power supply is reporting a load fault.

Perform the following steps to isolate the problem.
Step 1524-1
1. Turn off the power.
2. Disconnect the ac power cables (dc power cables in a dc-powered system) from the
CEC drawer.
3. At the top of the CEC drawer, remove the following cards, in the sequence listed:
a. CEC memory riser 1(if present)
b. CEC processor
c. CEC memory riser 2 (if present)
4. Reconnect the ac power cables (dc power cables in a dc-powered system) to the
CEC drawer.
5. Turn on the power.
Is the error code 1011 1C0x displayed?
NO
YES
continuing with this procedure.
Inform the customer that the ac voltage at the power outlet is not correct.
This ends the procedure. Go to "Map 0410: Repair Checkout" in the
Diagnostics Information for Multiple Bus Systems .
Replace the mainline ac power cable.
