14. Move the brake arm upwards to secure the pulley.

15. Secure the topside of the bolt with a 1/2 inch wrench. Torque nut and bolt
to 100 ± 15 in-lbs. (11.3 ± 1.7 Nm).
Note: Access bottom nut from the front of the machine.
